  • Client/Customer/You: Refers to the person booking a tour or using our services.

Booking and Payment

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit/payment.
  2. Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by the company.
  3. Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in costs or taxes.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  2. Cancellation by Company: The company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option.

Changes to Booking

  1. By Customer: Any changes to the booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  2. By Company: The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to operational reasons. Customers will be informed of any significant changes.

Travel Documents

  1. Passport and Visa: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and necessary visas for travel.
  2. Travel Insurance: Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and other potential losses.

Responsibilities and Conduct

  1. Customer Conduct: Customers are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to local laws and regulations. The company reserves the right to terminate a tour if a customer’s behavior is deemed unacceptable.
  2. Liability: The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by customers during the tour. Customers participate in activities at their own risk.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. Complaints: Any complaints should be reported to the tour leader or company representative immediately. If the issue is not resolved, a written complaint should be submitted within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Privacy Policy

The company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Vibrant Bharat Tourism website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without prior written consent.
